This assignment centres on daily outbound calling for my technology-sector B2B product between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Indian Standard Time. All conversations focus exclusively on lead generation: identifying and nurturing prospects who could benefit from our solution and passing along the qualified contacts to my sales team for follow-up and potential order conversion. You will work from within India, using the physical SIM I provide and your own laptop to run our call-tracking software, Callyser. That tool automatically records connected hours and the number of conversations, so performance is transparent from day one. Day-to-day, the flow is simple: log in, place calls from the supplied list, note outcomes in the CRM, and flag any prospect that shows real interest for a product demo or next-step meeting. Consistency matters more than speed; what counts is your ratio of connected calls to qualified leads. Acceptance criteria • Minimum connected hours and call volume as reported by Callyser • Accurate notes in the CRM after every conversation • At least a baseline quota of qualified leads per week, verified by my sales team If you have clear, confident phone skills, a reliable internet connection, and the required hardware, let’s start converting those leads together.
