We are a US Non-profit Organization looking to outsource our fund raising process to call centers who have outbound calling facility. Initially we require 20 seats for this process and have an extension plan of >50 depending on the results.
You must have a predictive dialing solution with all sorts of backups.
Leads will not be provided.
Training material and script will be provided.
The initial target that you have to fulfill is $25/hour/agent.
The payout will be on hourly basis.
*All call recordings should be available and the customer will be transferred to an IVR for payment. You will not be taking any sort of credit card information.
Previous experience in fund raising will be preferred.
