Candidate Screener — Regional Associates for Industrial Chemical Sales (Pay per Verified Interview) We're a specialty chemicals manufacturer building out a US network of Regional Associates — independent, commission-linked sales agents for industrial chemicals. We already have a pool of potential RA contacts with LinkedIn, phone, or email, so this isn't starting from zero. We need someone to work that list: reach each candidate, explain the opportunity, screen for genuine fit, confirm they're comfortable with a commission-based role, collect basic screening details, and coordinate a joint interview with our team. You're the first impression these candidates get of us — treat every touch like you're courting talent, not pitching a product. WHAT YOU HANDLE Contact each candidate by whatever channel lands best — LinkedIn, email, phone, voice note, video DM, your call. Explain the opportunity clearly. Screen for real suitability against the criteria we give you. Confirm they're genuinely comfortable with a commission-linked role before you advance them. Collect basic screening details. Then coordinate a joint interview with our team. The work is simple but needs proper judgment — we're paying for screened, qualified candidates, not raw bookings. WHAT YOU DON'T HANDLE The joint interview itself, the partnership terms, the decision, onboarding. Our team runs all of that. WHAT WE GIVE YOU An initial batch of contacts with names, current employer, and at least one of LinkedIn, phone, or email per candidate. Eligibility criteria and an ideal-candidate brief. Tested templates and openers across LinkedIn DM, cold email, and voicemail, written for a recruiting angle. Objection-handling script. Working terms to review. A Calendly link with our team's availability for the joint interviews. Sub-2-hour response time during US business hours when you need to escalate. WHAT YOU BRING Your own outreach stack — LinkedIn account in good standing, email infrastructure (warmed domain if cold-emailing), dialer if calling. We don't supply tools. Native or near-native English. Demonstrable experience reaching and engaging senior US-based B2B professionals, ideally in a recruiting, talent, or headhunting context — not e-commerce, not coaches, not real estate. Judgment to tell a genuinely suitable candidate from a polite maybe, and to know that recruiting outreach reads differently from a sales pitch. PAY $50 USD per verified RA — properly screened against our criteria AND attends the joint interview with our team. No-shows don't count. Reschedules count when they actually happen. Additional $25 bonus if you source a qualified RA yourself, outside the list we provide, and that person also reaches the verified interview stage. No base, no retainer, no hourly. Pure performance. VOLUME We'll start with an initial batch of roughly 20–25 contacts. If your screening quality is good, we scale to 50+ and continue across more regions. Multiple screeners may run in parallel on non-overlapping regional slices, so you won't be competing for the same candidates. TO APPLY Pick your strongest channel. Send a sample first-touch you'd use to reach a senior industrial chemical sales rep at a Tier 1 distributor who recently posted about weak quarterly numbers — frame it as an opportunity, not a sale.
