This is a TRIAL PROJECT & ONLY FOR INDIAN Centers.
INBOUND + OUTBOUND + BACK OFFICE
This is basically a blended project where the client requires 10 Inbound Agents for Tech Support + 10 Outbound for Telemarketing (1SPD Min) + 5 Credit Checkers + 5 Form Fillers.
Call Center Requirements:
INDIAN CENTERS ONLY with:
1. DOT (MUST)
2. GOOD VOIP (MUST)
3. DID NUMBERS (MUST)
4. INBOUND EXPERIENCE Will be a plus point.
5. If selected, Center has to provide the trainer fees and all expenses of the visit to the center including the travel, accommodation and everything. Trainer would be a selected person from the client and he is currently living in INDIA. And all this will be after the contract period.
6. Expansion Capacity.
1. Hourly Basis.
2. Data will be provided by the client for Outbound.
3. Call Volume of the Inbound will be committed by the client.
4. NO ADVANCE PAYOUT from client. Instead of that, INSURANCE on monthly BILLINGS will be provided.
Please note that,
ONLY FEW SLOTS LEFT. FIRST COME FIRST TAKE BASIS.
Centers, Please bid only if you feel that you can do it. Because we dont want to deal with any non-confident centers.
For the bidding, please bid a weekly wages of your centers 30 agents. Lowest will be selected considering the other terms. All bidders who will bid on this project without reading the center's requirement will be reported to GAF.

DOT OPTION CAN BE OPTIONAL IF THE CENTER HAS GOOD VOIP.
