Responsibilities Include: Calling on potential Keycafe partners Answering incoming calls from prospective partners Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to partner with Keycafe as we expand into various markets around the globe. You must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s objections in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. If successful in your 3 month contract there may be further contracts awarded with potential for full time employment with the organization. Requirements Proven experience as inside sales or similar sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Excellent communication and presentation skills Languages an asset Fluent English French Spanish Japanese Need good quality internet connection and computer Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints Persistent and results-oriented Patient and able to handle customer rejection Benefits Be part of a team that will influence the future of the sharing economy.
