I need a small team that can jump straight on the phone with U.S. businesses, guide prospects through our SaaS free-trial offer, and take proper records of calls and actions taken. Here is how the workflow looks from my side: you log in to our cloud-based platform (training provided), learn how it works, launch calls through your own dialer, and hold a friendly, purposeful conversation. Excellent ENGLISH verbal communication, critical thinking, and solid sales experience are essential because each prospect reacts differently—you will have to read the situation, pivot your questions, and close for the trial on the spot. Every call should end with: • a short email you send that outlines next steps (templates will be supplied) • complete decision-maker data inside the CRM—name, direct contact details, role, and a quick note on their interest level • a tagged record if the free trial was accepted so we can trigger onboarding automation We are reaching out to a broad mix of industries, so expect variety in company size, jargon, and buying cycles. Daily activity and conversion reports will keep us both aligned; I’ll share a simple KPI sheet before you start.
