Experienced sales person in cold calls and generating leads.

I need help from an experienced sales man that are used to made calls to customers for selling a solution. The business case contains two scenarios. The first one is a person that have downloaded a report from out website, and I should call him. The second one, is one that have not downloaded anything, and do not know our company. I should call him (Cold call).

What I need from you is to write down the following: Focus on your introduction, agenda and questions that you want to ask. Think already of a goal that you want to achieve and try to build up a connection with your contact person.

Basically, write down exactly everything you want to say to the two customers.
