We are a financial planning consulting company that specializes in group benefits, risk management, tax savings, estate planning, retirement planning, and education planning. We provide a free consultation to business owners and offer seminars and lunch-n-learns at their offices.
We educate BUSINESS OWNERS on
- buy-sell agreements to protect their business interests
- how to set-up group benefits for their employees to improve employee retention and work-satisfaction/productivity
- We also help business owners market themselves as we have a website advertising/VIP card program.
We educate INDIVIDUALS on
-tax savings strategies
-risk management and insurance.
We are looking for specialists in cold calling that can get through the gatekeeper and make an appointment with the decision maker (usually the senior manager).
1. Generate leads (calling yellow pages, online, generating referrals etc..you are at liberty to be as creative as you like)
2. Deliver prepared sales talks over the phone, reading from scripts that describe services, in order to persuade them to meet with us (and ultimately allow us to manage their money and help them with their financial plan). Adjust sales script as needed.
3. Record names, addresses, and reactions of prospects contacted and deliver to us.
4. Have the decision maker agree to host us for a seminar/lunch & learn OR survery employees to obtain a free financial consultation and schedule a date to review their personal finances. Please type i love sesame street at the top of the proposal to confirm that you have read all of the requirements.
5. Contact our office once prospect agrees, and we will make the office visits.
6. Coordinate with me as to dates available for an appointment, and then that the appointment has been confirmed.
7. Send out a confirmation email (already written) to the prospect to confirm appointment details.
8. 24 hours before appointment, make an appointment reminder call. Update us of any scheduling changes.
You will be judged on appointments kept, not made. So once you have had the decision maker agree to the meeting, you must follow up and confirm the appointment and notify us the day and time the appointment is confirmed. . GENEROUS BONUSES AVAILABLE WHEN GOALS ARE MET.
-Set up 10-15 'appointments' or 'lunch'n'learns/seminars' per week with business owners or personal financial planning prospects.
- 15 new clients per month.
-If prospect turns into a sale, you will be given a commission payout of 5% on the sales of insurance and investment products with that client (average sale is minimum $500 CDN, some sales have been as high as $200 000.00 or more CDN. Imagine 5% on $200K = $10 000 CDN just for making a phone call and setting up an appointment. We'll do the rest)

This has the potential to be a long-term permanent position, with growth opportunity. I am willing to pay up to $20/per hour LATER ON (in 3-6 months, after you've proven yourself) + 5% commission on sales, if you're good. As we grow, I will require a virtual assistant for other duties and the position will develop. We can negotiate what you think is fair.
