We are launching an online chat system to our site shortly, and looking to have it manned from at least from 9pm to approx midnight, 7 days a week.
The way the chat will work, is that any visitors to the site (after a given time period or pages displayed) will be given the chance to speak to one of our staff. Basically to answer any queries the visitor may have. Alternatively the visitor can click the live chat system icon to chat to someone.
Any support queries from current customers would be directed to the support ticket system, as we are looking for 'sales personell'.
We currently dont have the manpower to accomodate this period of time, and looking for homeworkers to take up the roll. We are looking at a commission based pay, but that is certainly something that can be discussed.
You wouldnt necessarily have to be on hand for a full day, as we can schedule peoples available hours to suit.
