Our clients business requires fast response to emails and possibly calls (within 30 mins) 24x7
We do not expect many calls per week, so we do not need a dedicated operator rather someone (or team) that is able to respond quickly when the emails do arrive and sending the report to the team in the morning.
You will need to engage the customer via online chat, additionally you will need to respond to email within a maximum of 30 minutes (and possibly phone) which will be immediately.
We require cost per hour and wish to be billed only for hours that require email, phone or live chat.
You will be provided to give a brief and professional overview of our services and have several questions answered in order for us to prepare any proposals, then you will report to the team in the morning (Europe).
British English accents (for phone only) are preferred, but not essential, you or your companies reputation as a quality customer service provider will be essential.
Lowest hourly rate with highest feedback rating from previous clients will be essential in our decision.
