We offer healthy commissions of 10% and maybe more for skilled marketers who can deliver. This means your typical gain will be $200-$2000+.
Plans range from $600 to $3,500 but for builders this number can be higher due to modifications and extra build licenses which are almost always purchased. Thus an order from a builder can be anywhere from $1,000 to over $25,000. Sometimes builders want designs from scratch and this can lead to higher order totals of $100K and beyond. Your commission will be 10% of the total sales that result from a lead you qualify. For example, if you qualify a builder who wants one of our luxury models with 3 build licenses and some modifications your pay could be $200-$400. That is what the usual order is on the small scale. On the large scale, your commission could be up to $3,000 and beyond. You would get lists that we supply and relevant information about our key selling points. We also supply a script you will follow when initially contacting a lead, though you may modify it. You may also source your own leads if you would like.
Our telemarketing strategy is based on Google Insights and general news on the real estate market in the United States to find areas where large scale residential construction is taking place. We also check with building departments to verify that house building permits are being issued in a rate comparable to what Google Insights and the news is telling us. Then we gather leads from an area and sort with our own proprietary algorithm. The end result is a list with builders with those most likely to buy listed on the top to least likely on the bottom.
We are only scratching the surface of the B2B market, but so far for on our manual call campaign we were able to get 3 interested leads out of about 60 which will result in meetings and further negotiations. This was in a high building volume state. On a mass scale we have tested emails in even low building volume states and have gotten a contract out of 400 emails sent which will probably run about $10,000-$50,000 when we finalize by the end of this month.
You must be able to speak fluent English and do a phone interview beforehand.
