Tasks to be done This assignment consists of two parts Part 1 – Ladder Logic Programming Ladder Logic Programming for Bottle Line Packaging with Shift Registers The main conveyor line is filled with big bottles, small bottles, and among them some are broken. Broken bottles are detected, crushed, and boxed. Large bottles are then diverted to a different conveyor whereas small bottles are remained on the main conveyor. Large bottles and small bottles are labeled on their respective conveyor. After labeling, large bottles are then merged back into the main conveyor. Bottles on the main conveyor are then filled up and capped. Part 2 – Pneumatic Automation System Design a pneumatic automation system using four pneumatic actuators, sensors and limit switches.
