I got a new requierement that might be interesting for you guys. It is in the following location: 1570 East P Street Ext., Newton, NC 28658. The scope is this: • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments • Experience in ITSM Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.) • Experience with Autopilot and Intunes • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) • Teams & Outlook Troubleshooting • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • How to identify the Domain user and normal user • AD, Active Directory issue It is long term project. They want a visit every Tuesday from 8 am to 5 pm. The rate per hour is 48 USD per hour. We might need a BGV and a DT. In case you are interested in participate, we will need some candidates, and the client will interview them.
