Hello. For last ten years i'm working as technical support / help desk and last five years as system engineer within the banks. As bank is a institution in which zero downtime is must i've learned how to react promptly and to solve as soon as possible. Are you confident to do fresh install of Windows XP, Vista, Win 7, Windows 8 & MAC via giving instructions on phone and by taking remote access? Doing this number of times. From clean fresh install until user logs in into domain. Do you know how to unlock the administrator password, if admin user of that computer forgets his password via Remote Desktop Software o rby giving instructions on phone? This is not possible to be done over RDP. Password can be changed if computer is on a domain, otherwise, with hirensboot or similar tools. Are you good in tuneup, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, backup and restoration of these operating systems? Tuneup (exmp. configuring msconfig - services, boot..) , maybe enabling system restore or using some backup tool or windows file system bck. Internet related issues: pinging gateway, checking proxy, resolving addresses (nslookup).. Printers: installing, configuring, sharing, setting addresses..
