RF Design Engineer – Tarana G2 Deployment Study Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced RF design engineer to perform a coverage and site planning study for a potential deployment using Tarana G2 fixed wireless equipment. The goal is to determine the optimal coverage area for 3–5 tower sites within a defined town, and to model the market area that could be served with the proposed configuration. ⸻ Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for: 1. RF Network Design • Create an RF design for a Tarana G2 network deployment in a specified town. • Propose 3–5 candidate tower locations suitable for deployment. • Model RF coverage based on Tarana G2 specifications and terrain/site constraints. 2. Coverage Analysis • Generate predicted coverage maps (by site and combined network). • Provide service contours (e.g., 80%/50% reliability, throughput estimates). • Identify areas of coverage overlap, potential coverage gaps, and shadowing. 3. Market Area Definition • Define the geographic area that could be served reliably by the proposed sites. • Provide a summary of estimated population and households covered. • Include a brief analysis of expected customer density and feasibility. 4.
