My SPICE+ incorporation form is fully prepared and waiting only for two final steps: a proper DSC Class 3 signature from a CA/CS and the corresponding UDIN. I already hold a valid, active Class 3 token, so procurement is not required—just the seamless application of the signature on the SPICE+ form and immediate UDIN generation on the relevant portal. I will share the completed SPICE+ files, my DSC credentials, and any OTPs in a secure live session (TeamViewer or similar). Once the form is duly signed, I need the UDIN created straight away and referenced back on the signed document before we upload it. Acceptance criteria • SPICE+ form shows a valid Class 3 digital signature that passes MCA validation. • UDIN is successfully generated and cited on the document. • I receive the signed file and UDIN details for my records. Practicing professionals are bound by strict confidentiality requirements, and document review is a normal and necessary part of the process. Rather than looking for someone to only apply a DSC and generate a UDIN, I would recommend engaging a qualified CA or CS to review the filing, address any deficiencies if required, and then complete the certification process. This protects both the applicant and the professional signing the form. A reasonable professional fee for review, certification, DSC application, and UDIN generation would generally be more appropriate than treating it as a simple signature-only task.
