Beginner Sublimation Printing Lessons

I am a complete beginner and want to master the practical, hands-on side of sublimation printing. My priority is learning proven printing techniques that consistently give sharp, vibrant results on tote bags and mugs. What I need from you • Live or recorded step-by-step instruction that walks me through the entire print cycle, from preparing the transfer sheet to pressing and finishing. • Clear explanations of why each setting, pressure level and time/temperature choice matters, so I can troubleshoot on my own later. • Guidance that is specifically tailored to tote-bag fabric blends and coated ceramic mugs, including tips on preventing ghosting, fading or uneven transfers. • A short reference checklist or cheat-sheet I can keep by my press once the lessons are over. I already have blank tote bags, coated mugs, a basic 8-in-1 heat press and a new sublimation printer, but no real idea how to use them effectively. You will be teaching from scratch, so please keep jargon to a minimum and demonstrate every step visually or with photos. By the end of our sessions I should feel confident performing an entire print run solo and diagnosing common issues without outside help.
