Vietnam Tech Recruiter Needed

I’m expanding my team in Vietnam and need a freelance recruiter who already knows the local tech talent market inside out. You will take full ownership of the early-stage hiring cycle—finding strong candidates and running first-round interviews—so that by the time CVs reach me they are already vetted for both skills and culture fit. Here’s what I expect from you day-to-day: leverage your existing networks and relevant job boards, actively head-hunt on LinkedIn, GitHub, and local communities, then craft compelling outreach to bring qualified engineers to the table. Once a prospect is interested, you’ll screen them, conduct structured interviews (video or in-person), and capture detailed notes on technical depth, soft skills, and salary expectations. Key deliverables • 5–7 qualified technology candidates per open role, presented with résumés and interview summaries • A concise weekly status report outlining pipeline progress and any market feedback • Immediate flagging of high-priority or hard-to-find profiles so we can fast-track decisions Success for me means receiving a steady shortlist of talent I can move straight into final technical rounds.
