IT recruiter for a Sports Tech and Media Company

Sportz Interactive is looking for a smart IT Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years' of experience hiring and onboarding candidates for technical/development roles.

Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with BU heads and managers to understand hiring requirements and set up the recruitment workflow

Identify hiring needs and develop/update job descriptions

Assess and screen resumes through job portals, consultants, social media, internal referrals, and other databases

Conduct interviews for preliminary screening and schedule candidates for tests and technical/functional interviews

Evaluate candidates for overall cultural fit and not just knowledge and skillset

Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate on terms, where necessary

Complete paperwork related to employment offers and agreements

Maintain reports and databases for internal documentation purposes

Additional: Manage campus hiring and/or internship programs

The candidate must possess:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, specifically in the IT/software development domain

A Graduate qualification (Specialisation in Human Resources would be a bonus)

Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills

Ability to connect with people across levels and functions

Ability to think on one's feet

Passion for sports and innovation

Attention to detail
