We are expanding our headcount across Technology, Healthcare, Real Estate, Small-Office environments, and broader IT services, and are looking for a dedicated Recruiter based in India who can independently manage the complete talent acquisition cycle for entry-, mid-, and senior-level roles. This is a performance-based opportunity, suitable for experienced freelance recruiters or recruitment agencies who are comfortable working without paid job portals and with payment linked to successful hiring outcomes. What the Role Covers Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on LinkedIn, Indeed, free job boards, and ATS platforms Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, databases, networking, and Boolean search Screening resumes and conducting first-round phone or video interviews Shortlisting qualified candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers Briefing hiring managers on candidate fit and collecting structured feedback Managing offer discussions and negotiations Conducting reference checks and supporting onboarding hand-offs Maintaining hiring pipeline reports and weekly progress updates Tools & Working Approach You should be comfortable using: LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing Free job portals and sourcing methods Boolean search and talent mapping ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable or similar) Video interview tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) Important Note: We will not be providing paid job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc. Recruiters must use LinkedIn, free portals, networking, and their own sourcing methods Strong sourcing and headhunting capability is essential Industries Technology Healthcare Real Estate Small Office & Business Environments IT & BPO/KPO Payment Terms (Important) Payment will be made only after the candidate successfully completes 90 days in the organization No upfront payment or payment for resumes No payment for interviews or shortlists Payment milestone tied to successful hiring and retention Long-term collaboration possible for consistent performance Success Metrics Qualified candidate pipeline Strong screening and shortlist quality Positions closed within agreed timelines Candidate retention for at least 90 days Consistent hiring delivery across multiple industries Ideal Recruiter Based in India Proven experience in recruitment across multiple industries Strong sourcing and headhunting ability Experience hiring for entry, mid, and senior roles Comfortable working on performance-based payment model Good communication and coordination with hiring managers Ability to work in a fast-moving environment To Apply Please share the following: Your recruitment experience (years and industries) Roles you have successfully closed Sourcing methods you use without paid portals Average positions you can close per month Your pricing per successful hire Any client references or case studies We are looking for a long-term recruitment partner who can consistently close positions across industries in India. We have been closing positions from Junior Level to CXO Level as we have a full fledged in-house Recruitment Team. Sourcing methods you use without paid portals. Well there are a lot of mediums for sourcing apart from our own extensive database. We have a Team of Field Recruiters for Junior Level and a in-house Team of Recruiters for all other specific positions. We use social media & direct sourcing by calls & references. Average positions you can close per month. I would not be able to comment on this. But for a Client in Udaipur we closed about 200+ associates in one week's time. Apart from that we have been working with Flipkart where the demand for Delivery Executives are quite huge. Your pricing per successful hire.
