I am looking for an experienced HR professional who can take full ownership of sourcing entry-level talent for our team. Your primary focus will be identifying, attracting, and shortlisting suitable candidates through LinkedIn and mainstream job boards. Scope of work • Draft and publish engaging vacancy posts on LinkedIn and selected job boards • Actively search, filter, and approach potential entry-level candidates • Maintain a clear, up-to-date pipeline so I can see progress at a glance • Deliver a concise shortlist with basic screening notes for each prospect Deliverables will be accepted when I receive a vetted shortlist that meets the role requirements and shows evidence of outreach activity on both specified platforms.
