Bulk Non-IT & BPO Recruitment

I need an experienced freelance recruiter who can quickly build a strong pipeline of qualified Non-IT, IT, and BPO candidates for multiple open roles. The search must cover both India and key international markets, and I’m aiming to have shortlists ready within a month. You will handle end-to-end sourcing: advertising, proactive search on LinkedIn and job boards, screening calls, and presenting only the best-fit résumés with concise evaluation notes. I’ll take care of final interviews and offers—your focus is on volume sourcing and first-round qualification. To keep us on track, I’d like a brief progress update every week outlining numbers sourced, screened, and submitted, along with any roadblocks you see. All data should be stored neatly in a shared spreadsheet or ATS of your choice so we can monitor funnel metrics in real time. Success for this project means I have a steady flow of pre-vetted candidates ready to interview across our Non-IT, IT, and BPO openings, sourced from both domestic and overseas talent pools, all delivered inside the four-week window.
