I need hands-on support with recruitment and hiring here in Ecuador, specifically for entry-level positions. You’ll own the full cycle: drafting clear, compelling job descriptions and postings, getting them in front of the right local channels, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews until offers are accepted. Because many of our internal communications happen in Arabic, fluency in that language is a must; Spanish competence is naturally expected for dealing with local candidates and paperwork.
