Email Problems with Gmail Spam

Hello .

Our main problem is that all emails from our dedicated server goes to Gmail spam folder. We need them to go to Inbox. Problem is that Gmail listed the server IP as Spam. My provider can not give me a new ip.

Someone suggest me to Use any other hosting only for mailing purpose and change the MX of domains to them . (I dont want to change the outlook settings)
