Configure a Linux VM instance to integrate a rutorrent and plex media server using GCP bucket -- 2

I want everything configured so that I have an rutorrent web UI I can add and alter my torrents and its files setup to be stored in a google cloud bucket. I want these files to be accessible using plex media server and confirmed to work with my client.
On a side note, a little help with SSH and SFTP. I create the keys with puttygen, copy them to GCP, and with both Putty and Filezilla they work. However, once the sessions are closed, anytime I try and log back in either method it returns some error and I just dont get it.
