We have an Avaya IP Office 500 V2 phone system. The software version is 9.1.12. It currently has two issues:
1. Voicemail to email is not working.
2. For IP 4621 phones, call history is not available on the phone.
Looking for someone that can configure the phone system remotely to resolve these issues.
