Guest Blogging Project Manager – Ongoing, Part Time

I'm looking for someone for whom I can provide ongoing part time work, getting articles published as guest blog posts. The amount of work I can provide will likely increase as time goes on and as my business increases. If you’re professional and highly organized, and have excellent English / written communication skills, this job may be for you.
I’ll provide full video training, a step-by-step training manual pdf including email templates, project assets and credentials, and an excel spreadsheet to keep projects organized. I believe in giving you all the tools necessary for you to do the job well. I’ll also be available to answer questions by email as they arise.
I will award the winning candidate by giving you an assignment for one batch of 12 articles. If I’m satisfied with your speed, quality, professionalism, and communication, I’ll provide you with ongoing work.
You’ll follow our 8 Step Process of Guest Blog Posting:
1. Find blog owners on [url removed, login to view] that are requesting articles
2. Find articles on [url removed, login to view] that match up with the topics requested by bloggers on [url removed, login to view]
3. Send these “source” articles to our article rewriter
4. Get rewrites back from rewriter and add resource boxes (bylines)
5. Submit these rewritten articles to the bloggers you found on [url removed, login to view]
6. Follow up with bloggers by email if necessary to get articles published
7. Once each batch of 12 articles are published, send spreadsheet to us. This is called “closing a batch”.
8. We’ll pay you each time you close a batch of 12 articles that we have assigned to you.
We’ll assign you with a project “batch” to publish 12 articles at a time. We pay each time you “close a batch” of articles, meaning you’ve got 12 articles published on blogs. The quicker each batch is closed by you, the more likely that we’ll assign you more batches, thus giving you more work and more pay. (The frequency of batch assignments will depend on demand.)
Each batch of 12 articles should be sourced by you, rewritten (by our rewriter), submitted to the blog owner, and published within about 2 weeks after I assign you with a batch assignment. The sooner, the better.
Here is the ideal candidate I'm looking for:
-Exceptional English written skills - grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, etc. You’ll be contacting blog owners by private message and email, so English skills must be top-notch (templates for most emails will be provided, but at times you’ll need to improvise).
-Superb communication - must check and respond to emails every weekday; you may receive new assignments from me, or responses from blog owners. I highly prefer that you are available on skype at least part of each weekday.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented and professional.
-Resourceful – great at finding solutions and creative problem solving without a lot of hand holding.
-Persistence in getting articles published as guest blog posts. If one blog owner turns down the content or doesn't respond, you’ll need to move on to another, until they're all posted.
-Prefer some experience blogging / guest blogging, white hat link building (I may provide additional paid opportunities to those who have experience here.)
The pay will be based on a per batch published basis. I will make payment each time you “close a batch” – meaning, 12 articles are successfully published on myblogguest members’ blogs.
