We have a problem that needs debugging. Easy for someone with the right Exchange/Server/SSL expertise!
We recently moved from one physical site to another, and now Outlook won't connect to Exchange 2010 Email remotely. Neither does remote./OWA work. IE and Chrome come back with SSL Connection Error #107 (Protocol Error). Works within the network itself, Outlook clients and OWA work fine. Need to be able to fix this so remote email work again.
Some more details:
- Worked before the move. Now new ISP and IP address
- Running SBS 2011, which uses Exchange 2010
- Ran TestExchangeConnectivity - comes back with the following error:
The Autodiscover service couldn't be contacted successfully by any method.
Experienced help much appreciated!
