I would like to bring to your attention a problem we are experiencing as regard as our CRM. Actually we are migrating to a new crm software; so we are arranging data in order to export them from the old crm to the new one. Both the crm softwares import and export data in excel format.
We got a problem as regard as a 1 to many relationship.
Indeed, due to a limitation of our previous crm we are not able to achieve a unique excel file containing all the data we need. Multiple exports and relative merging via cut & paste have been performed in order to achieve the final excel file to import in the new crm software. (i.e.
[url removed, login to view], see the attach).
Unfortunatelly, the data relative to the transcription of phone conversations have been stored by our previous crm in a particular way so that we are not able to export them merged and joined to its unique relative and single record.
As you can view on your own in the "conversation.xls" file there are as many fields (IDcliente)recurrences as input performed by the crm operator.
We'd like, first of all, to merge them (one idclient - one single conversation field) and then join the entire column "Conversazione" to the others contained in the file named:
Obviously the relationship among them have to be considered the field "idcliente", like in a traditional "1 to many relationship".
Would you be so smart to perform this task for us using the two attached files for a try?
Thanks for the attention
To make sure I understood exactly xour request I've made a trial solution assumpting that in your live files IDCliente strings will match in [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] and attached it to my post in PMB. To demons Lisää
