plesk-modernbill setup

I have currently running two web servers one unix and one windows with client having emails on third mail server running postfix. I need someone to install plesk and modernbill and move all the clients to the new plesk server and modernbill platform. Client on the current windows server use asp and some odbs and mssql connections. So on the new plesk server chillisoft and sql connections must be configured. The additional plesk options that come with plesk by default also need to be installed.
