Expected Salary 2000 EUR to 3000 EUR I'm seeking a Swedish speaking customer support agent with an intermediate level of expertise, specifically in complaint-handling. Key responsibilities: - Communication: the chosen freelancer must be comfortable communicating in Swedish with professional proficiency. - Grievance Management: Having a strong ability to handle complaints is key, so the candidate should be adept at resolving customer complaints effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills required: - Fluent Swedish Speaker: To effectively respond to all queries in Swedish. - Intermediate Customer Support: To competently analyze complaints and provide satisfactory solutions. - Patience and Persuasion: Above all, the ability to engage, understand, and manage customer complaints professionally is crucial. Previous experience in complaint handling will be an added advantage. Ensure that you're ready to provide 24/7 support, and can work quickly in high-pressure scenarios.

Hi! In short, this job sounds like my dream scenario, in part because of the salary, but also because the project description perfectly outlines my strong points as a person; relative to this role. I have previously worked in an identical role for various online companies, and as such, am familiar with the level of quality which is expected in Sweden. I have training in this area, and I understand that the role of a customer service representative is to be the outward face of the organization, and as such, a high degree of professionalism and polite neutrality is a key factor, at all times. Among other things. Furthermore, I currently do part-time work moderating product reviews left by the customers of large online retailers in Sweden and Finland, and am therefore used to seeing all types of opinions, expletives, etc., on a regular basis. As I work from home, I can do this job virtually around the clock, and for whatever it's worth, I'm easy to work with, reliable, honest, and good at what I do. (5 Employees) Because it was a startup all of the staff had to handle a big variety of cases apart from our previous expertise.
