Sourcing electro-mechanical parts from Mexican suppliers

I'm seeking a parts sourcing professional who can locate certain parts supplies from manufacturers in Mexico, Colombia or Peru. These are consumer product sized electro-mechanical parts and I may want to have to have them assembled there as well. These parts include standardized nuts, bolts, steel sheet, tubes and of particular importance are manufacturers of electrical components such as small 12v (or less) electric motors, lithium ion batteries, switches, PCBs, flexible PCBs and the like.
The main focus of this job is to locate manufacturers of the electric motors and flexible PCBs. The other parts are secondary.
You will need to sign our NDA as this is confidential. Also I will fund the escrow account for 100% of your fee which we agree to and I will pay 100% of your fee when your job is complete. There will be no up front payment to start or payment for "trying".
