Locate HK version iPhone for export to Japan

Hi. As a side business I have an import and distribution business. Recently I noticed that the HK version of iPhone that has dual SIM card and shutter free features are more popular than the Japanese models which has its localized Apple Pay (FeliCa) feature. I do not expect to get a bargain on a new iPhones with the above features, but I also like to get an idea on Apple refurbished and used items in excellent condition. I am hesitant to purchase a large inventory of item initially. Thus, I expect to put it for sale on the market and upon payments, I would need to have the products available and sent to Japan.
