I need two separate ETABS models for a reinforced-concrete special moment-resisting frame: one bare frame and one with masonry infill represented through equivalent diagonal struts (no infill on the four podium levels). Project geometry • Plan 40 m × 25 m on a regular 6 m grid • Four-metre-high podium (G + 3) supporting a 25-storey tower with 3.2 m typical storey height • Transfer slab sits at the roof of the podium Analyses to run on each model – Modal extraction – Response-spectrum analysis – Non-linear static pushover (both directions) Key results I will review • Fundamental time period • Base shear from response spectrum • Inter-storey drift and top displacement envelopes • Hinge formation sequence and performance point (IO, LS, CP) • Complete pushover curves Deliverables 1. The native ETABS *.edb files for both models 2. Screenshot set covering the global model, infill definition, drift contours, dominant mode shapes, and pushover hinges/curves 3. Concise result summary in Excel or PDF compiling all requested outputs Please keep the analytical assumptions transparent and organised so I can trace loads, mass source, damping and any code parameters you adopt. Once the first model is ready, share a quick snapshot so I can confirm the infill strategy before you proceed to full analysis.
