Hello, I can support finalizing your ADU structural permit set for Fremont with a focus on code compliance and submittal readiness. The package will include foundation, floor, roof, and framing plans with member schedules, along with lateral analysis, shear wall layouts, hold-downs, and connection details. I’ll prepare gravity load calculations for joists, rafters, beams, and headers, plus Title 24 structural notes and Fremont-specific general notes.
