I need a full structural design package for a straight flight of cast-in-place concrete stairs that will serve an interior commercial space. The design must integrate sturdy handrails and meet all relevant OSHA safety requirements from rise/run ratios through guardrail spacing. Because the stairs will tie into an existing concrete slab, I will provide architectural plans, floor elevations, and material strengths once we start. From you I am looking for: • Dimensioned structural drawings (plans, sections, details) ready for my local engineer to stamp • Reinforcement schedules and bar bending tables • Load and deflection calculations that clearly reference the governing code and OSHA clauses • A brief installation note set covering formwork, concrete strength, and curing recommendations Final files should arrive in both PDF for easy review and an editable format (DWG or Revit preferred). If you routinely include 3D views or IFC models, that is a plus but not essential.
