I have a full set of residential structural drawings that are almost ready for permit, but they still need a final peer review and an official California PE stamp. The package includes the foundation plan, framing plan, and roof plan—all drafted in CAD and exported to PDF. Your task is to verify that every detail satisfies the current California Building Code, note or correct anything that could trigger plan-checker comments, and then place your stamp and signature on the final sheets. Deliverables • Marked-up review set (PDF) showing any changes needed • Clean, updated drawings with your California PE stamp (PDF; DWG if edits are made in CAD) Acceptance will be based on your stamp being accepted by the local building department without further structural comments. If additional revisions become necessary to clear the first round of permit review, I’ll rely on your continued support to address them promptly.
