I have completed M.Sc. Biostatistics from the Department of Biostatistics, Christian Medical College, Vellore, India. I have had a very successful master’s thesis dissertation titled “Comparison of Statistical Methods to account for Excess Zeros in Analyzing Longitudinal Diarrheal Episode Data” which involving both statistical and epidemiological aspects under close supervision of Dr. B. Antonisamy, professor and head of Biostatistics, CMC, Vellore, India. This work has allowed me to employ statistical applications for modeling of genetic, epidemiology and public health researches including longitudinal data analysis.
Currently I am working as a statistician in All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi, India. Additionally, I have also worked as a statistician on the project, Basic Quality Education for Children with Disability, Commissioned by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), New Delhi to AADI.
I have also provided services of statistical consultations to students/residents and other clinical faculty members in the college assigned by the Department of Biostatistics, CMC Vellore during my M.Sc. final year. I have had one publication in indexed journal as a co-author and two manuscript is under review.
