Talent Manager to onboard and manage exclusive high-category creators for our influencer agency

We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to onboard and manage exclusive high-category creators for our influencer agency. The role focuses on bringing top-tier influencers under exclusive management and handling end-to-end onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard Category 1 influencers (1M+ followers) Close exclusive management agreements with creators Ensure influencers add “Managed by” + agency email in bio Act as the primary point of contact between creators and the agency Coordinate onboarding documentation and confirmations Build and maintain long-term creator relationships Requirements: Strong network with 1M+ follower influencers Prior experience in influencer management or talent acquisition Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to close creators on exclusive deals Self-driven and target-oriented Target: Onboard 20 exclusive creators under agency management What We Offer: Competitive payout per successful onboarding Long-term collaboration opportunities Work with premium creators and top brands Interested candidates can reach out with their creator network and past experience.
