I've dealt with this exact scenario many times—an ACM certificate that's issued but not actually serving traffic, usually because domain validation is stuck on "Pending" or the cert is attached to the wrong resource. My approach: first, I'll audit your ACM certificate status and confirm all CNAME validation records are properly created in Route 53; then I'll verify the cert is correctly associated with your CloudFront distribution or ALB listener on port 443. Once attached, I'll configure an HTTP-to-HTTPS redirect, test every route across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and validate with SSL Labs for that A grade.
