Develop a Wholesale Management System Database
Your DB will keep track of medical equipment used in hospitals
Ventilators
Cardiopulmonary bypass device
Dialysis machine
Infusion pumps
LASIK surgical machine
Medical lasers
Consult 120 Urine Analyzer
Urine Reagent Strips 10 Parameter
Consult Liquid Urine Control
Plastic urine containers, sterile or unsterile
Conical centrifuge tube, 15 ml
Microscope slides and 1 coverslip
Clinical Centrifuge
Flow cytometers
Blood gas analyzers
Electrolyte analyzers
Differential counters
Coagulation analyzers
Slide strainers
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
Your system will:
Maintain the details of stock like their id, name, quantity. Include 20 items in your DB
Maintain the details of buyers from which the manager has to buy the stock like buyer id, name, address, stock id to be bought. Include 20 names in your DB
Maintain the details of customers name, address, telephone number, id. Include 30 names in your DB
Display a report with the Defaulter’s list of customers who have not paid their pending amount.
Display a report with the List of payments paid
Display a report with the List of payments pending.
Display a report with the List of the stock that is to buy if quantity goes less than a particular amount (10 items).
Display a report with the Profit calculation for a month.
Produce a warning or error if the Quantity cannot be sold to a customer if the required amount is not present in stock and the date of delivery should be maintained up to which stock can be provided.
Produce a warning if a customer who have not paid their pending amount is requesting more items.
Produce a warning when the quantity of an item goes less than a particular amount.
Instructions:
You are free to choose the name of your store and GUI design.
Make sure that you do not share your idea/code/interface design/etc. with other students. Similarities will be flagged as plagiarism and both of you will get an F.
Use MySQL to create your DBs.
Use either Java/PHP/any language/any tool to create a GUI for your system. Your system MUST have a user-friendly interface.
Upload one Word document (zipped if size is large). You will receive a zero (0) if you upload any other document type. Remember it needs to be a word document .docx or .doc
Your document must consist of the following and divided to the following sections. The content of sections must be in the correct order and place. I will not look for content and if it is not labeled correctly or if it is not placed in the correct order, you will get a zero for that section.
