Call API, Parse JSON and insert into SQL PDO using PHP

I require SQL table created, API Call and PHP to parse the following JSON call from an API.

Requirements
•PHP – Preferably without frameworks and not OOP, but procedural. However happy to use the SDK and add the other endpoint as a sperate PHP files to solve that issue
• Want each endpoint being a function (Procedural) call with parameters to be passed to each function/Corresponding endpoint
• Database is MSSQL, so using PDO
• For each call/endpoint the following is required
o Database Table design, normalized to account for the nest Json Data
o Database Name to starts with tblNarnoo_{method)_{Add_Child_Nested]. Ie tblNarnoo_Bookable_Prouct (Parent) and tblNarnoo_Bookable_Prouct_Description (Child – Nested Json) and tblNarnoo_Bookable_Prouct_Booking_Code
o Parse the json in PHP
o Inserting Json response into the corresponding table
o Prevent Duplicate insert on endpoint unless specified below
o For Media add a download function to save files on the server

Create SQL Tables with corresponding Normalised design for each endpoint
PHP API Call using SDK and Curl for non-supported end calls
