Sportsbetting strategy

Im am thinking about doing a project to improve sports betting. I am interested in sportsbetting and have just started up a few months back.

I am following a couple of tipsters on tipstrr at the moment but I have just got betburger, but are also thinking about oddstorm instead (that works on windows, I have mac ) because oddstorm software finds back/lay arbs (same market bets) (ask me if you are unsure what that is).

I have account with several bookers and betfair. Included Sportmarket and I think about AsianOdds88 also because they have API for free.

I am interested in arbs as it might be better than tipsters.

What I think is the easiest/best way of type of surebet is Back/lay arbs (same market bets). I think there are way more of these than regular arbs (cross market bets)? 
But the issue is finding these. Doing that manually is slow.

I could be interesting in finding a programmer that can do one or more of the below.

I am interested in finding a programmer that knows about betting and bots and have DONE IT BEFORE and therefor maybe already have a system/software I can purchase.

Perhaps a system that makes arb from betburger or oddstorm faster.

I am ESPECIALLY interested in back/lay as mentioned above. I prefer a system instead of oddstorm where you make a system that finds such and do calculations on bets - like oddstorm. Oddstorm works but it would be great if its possible to do a bot that actucally places the bets.

In the system I could then specify stake amount per bet and how much to bet in total that day.

Such a system could really make it easier to do winning bets and we could both profit with such system.

This could be done as a desktop software or webbased.
