I need a registered nurse already located in or around Rockhampton to take over a single adult patient’s monthly home visit, starting right away. The visit is straightforward but demands precision: draw blood, spin the sample on-site, give a quick sub-cutaneous injection, hand the tube to the courier and complete the visit notes in real time. Because blood work is the core of the appointment, strong venepuncture skills are non-negotiable. I’m after someone with roughly two-to-four years of in-home nursing experience—enough to feel comfortable working solo in a private residence but not so locked into a schedule that a monthly booking becomes a hassle. Please note that you will need to bring your own kit: vacutainers, tourniquet, butterfly needles, small centrifuge and sharps disposal. All consumables beyond that can be reimbursed.
