Solutions Architect in Durham

We are looking for a senior Solutions Architect to support the build of a new customer platform for a retail financial services business in the north of England (based in Durham). We are scaling a new financial services / challenger bank brand, and having succeeded in getting off the ground we are now expanding and need talent to help scale services quickly. We are looking for strong communicators, facilitators who have a keen understanding of platform delivery techniques and ideally retail/core banking applications and systems. If you: - Have been involved in agile service delivery (development sprints) - Have worked in fintech or retail banking projects, worked on core banking applications - Love getting customer feedback, delivering services in the banking sector - Are detail-oriented, customer centric and mobile first in your approach to software application development - Bonus if you have worked with Volt Thoughtworks (although training can be given so not a 'must have') You'll be working in a scaling, exciting technology obsessed team, with strong financial backing and already 1000s of app users. Freelancers to ideally be based on-site in Durham min. 3 days per week to work in an agile development team for various assignments which will range from 3 to 12+ months depending on suitability and experience.
