We are a manufacturer of laboratory testing instruments and are looking for a highly skilled SolidWorks sheet metal designer to develop a complete, fabrication-ready design for our laboratory hot air oven series, with a modern and professional appearance similar to the attached reference image. The design should be developed under our standard model naming format and must cover the following models along with their respective inner chamber dimensions: JI-HAO-30 – 310 × 310 × 310 mm JI-HAO-45 – 350 × 350 × 350 mm JI-HAO-65 – 400 × 360 × 450 mm JI-HAO-125 – 500 × 450 × 550 mm JI-HAO-230 – 600 × 500 × 750 mm JI-HAO-650 – 800 × 800 × 1000 mm JI-HAO-800 – 900 × 900 × 1000 mm JI-HAO-1000 – 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm The ovens should be designed with a strong focus on modern industrial aesthetics and must incorporate a motor/blower positioned beneath the chamber, as per our product requirement, instead of rear-mounted or top-mounted construction. The design must accommodate 4-inch insulation within a double-wall sheet metal structure and should be optimized for fabrication efficiency, minimum sheet wastage, and ease of assembly. Scope includes complete sheet metal design of outer body, inner chamber, insulated door with viewing window, motor/blower mounting base below the chamber, tray or rack arrangement, and proper panel segmentation suitable for laser cutting and bending. The design must be fully practical for workshop manufacturing and not merely conceptual. Deliverables should include SolidWorks part files, assembly files, flat patterns, DXF files for laser cutting, fabrication drawings, and BOM.
