Redesign a Recliner Chair from Solidwork project similar to Dental chair concept.

I have an existing (2) design of a recline chair done in Solidworks which is 80~85% completed. I'm looking for a freelancer to modified or redesign the existing design to meet the desired end product.
The current design is in Solidworks. The freelancer must produce new design to complete the work according to the required specifications.
The delivery must be in Solidworks format.
This project requires Mechanical Design Engineering experience.
Preference for those who have CSWA/CSWP.
