3D Design a catch for a new product design

Basically I need to design a one way catch on each side of the top so once the U shape plastic is put in, it can be tightened but not released
Similar to a cable tie
Format to be in solidworks or 3D CAD to be able to 3D print
Also needs to be editable
Ensure you design for manufacture
