The line that decides this project is your last one: complete when you hold a stamped plan set. A stamp is jurisdictional. It must come from an engineer licensed where your house is, and nobody remote can stamp for a jurisdiction they are not licensed in, including me. So I would structure it honestly: I produce the full design package, and the stamp comes from a licensed engineer local to you, quoted as its own line rather than buried inside my figure. I do not hold NABCEP and will not imply otherwise. The input that gates your structural calculations is one the brief does not mention: the existing roof framing. Rafter depth, spacing, span, species and grade, plus current dead load. Without those a structural check is guesswork and a stamping engineer will decline to sign it. If you lack the original plans, that is an attic visit with a tape measure and photographs. Shading is the same. A satellite estimate is fine for a sales conversation, not for string sizing. Obstruction heights measured at the roof change the layout and sometimes the inverter choice. On budget: a permit-ready stamped set is not deliverable at the figure posted. The design package is - roof layout with setbacks and racking, string sizing, single-line diagram, wire and conduit schedule, grounding, and a full BOM with spec sheets, in PDF and native CAD. The stamp is quoted separately once I know your jurisdiction. Tell me your location and roof framing and I will size this properly.
