I would like to replace a file server with sharepoint and office 365. Users should have access to a shared calendar for office staff to manage resources such as training rooms etc. and shared contacts for easy accessibility to important numbers.
I would like to use sharepoint to replace a file server so that directors and other staff in the future can access files from a remote location as currently this is only available on the local network. The business is a care business so we will need an easy way to manage start up of new staff and clients from template files as well as being able to send this information out to them by email.
